Oil pulling: A cheap, easy and effective solution to health woes? Modern research says yes
Using a Water Pik to floss your teeth and rinsing with a mouth wash might be even more effective. I know many dentists have treated various periodontal disease by adding some hydrogen peroxide to the rinse solution so it should work just as well for prevention too.

I floss and brush twice a day with an Oral B electric brush. Each dentist visit they do not even do a cleaning because they say I do a good job already.......

    Is that all they have

I'd love to say that this house would fit into one room of my house - but unfortunately, it is the other way around.
My poor house would fit in to one room of this lovely house

So - are you going to buy it

Ooh, nice! No minimum price... Doesn't look too cheap though.

My house would also fit into one room of that house. Seriously. But I don't need that much house to keep up! It is gorgeous, though.

I have been trying archery at an indoor range to help with some of my upper body issues because i have been in bed a lot, and it seems to help. just start with a light poundage bow(important), when done right it gives a light but very effective workout and stretching for upper body and lungs thats really easy to control. It helps me at least and its fun.
