One step forwards, two steps back!

I'm getting sick of this. I've had a couple of very good days with walking and have had a couple of my unaided trips across the room without putting any strain on anything. Yay! some progress. Then this morning, I leant forward in my chair with my foot not quite straight and something in it went. Very similar to what happened to my hand last week. And in the same way, I was not really putting any strain on it when it happened.

I have a feeling that this is due to ligament weakness and was probably the cause of my leg problems earlier in the year that put me in a wheel chair. Never mind, I know that it will get better given time and rest and I can still stand if I am very careful.

I don't know how I can be any more cautious or look after myself any more than I do already. I don't know what the answer is.

Jack is your wegeners a little active? The reason why I ask is that before diagnosis if I walked up a hill the back of my knees would hurt and felt strained, if I played with my kids my arms and wrist feel strained...I am a fit person. Now I don't get strains anymore, but it could be the effects of prednsione too. Sorry that happened again to you Jack.
