Saddle nose reconstruction surgery

Hello everyone!
Situation is: husband developed saddle nose (pretty bad already) and getting worse despite the treatment.

We live in Germany. Was promised surgery months ago,but nothing. We moved to another city and never heard from them again.

We live in Frankfurt at the moment and best Klinik here can’t do anything at all.

Waiting for an appointment in Stuttgart (nearby city) next week. But knowing how it can go with constant promises and delays I am afraid he will lose the rest of his nose.

Does anyone have experience with having one of this surgeries (where they use rib cartilage) in England or Germany.
We are ready to pay at the moment for it to be done before too late.
Will be happy to hear any advise, experience!!!

I have no experience with saddle nose deformity. I hope your husband gets effective treatment soon. You may want to look at the "Find a Doctor" page on the https://www.vasculitisfoundation.org/find-a-doctor/ website. There are several places in Germany that are listed. I hope this info steers you in the right direction.

Apologies, my message may come too late - i hope you have found a hospital that can help your husband. I had nose reconstruction surgery ten years ago in the UK but they used cartilige from my ears (i wish it had been rib or somewhere else).
