cAnca and MP3 question

Hoping someone has some insight into this new lab result. My initial cAnca and PR3 were both positive when I was diagnosed in November. The new result came back still positive for the ANCA but the PR3 was negative?

Don't know if that is a good thing,not such a good thing or of no consequence? Wondering if anyone has had a similar result

treated with Rituxin, Bactrim and currently titrating Prednisone. Had eye and lung involvement and per my pulm doc and the cat scan I had this week the nodules and cavitary
lesions are no longer showing up!

Still with fatigue and no appetite but vision is back- albeit a bit blurry at times but saw eye doc yesterday and watching eye pressures due to prednisone

Sorry for all the questions but I am learning there are a lot of very smart people wandering around these hallways who are wonderful about helping out us newbies!
