    It DOES come off, and I agree with Pete--slowly. Mine was over the course of a years time.

    30# / 12 months = 2.5# a month or almost .5# a week

    My doc thinks that is healthy amount and he is pretty sure it will stay off if I keep doing what I'm doing. I should be doing MORE because I am feeling 100% different than last year.
