Rituxan rash?

My mom has MPA and has had 3 treatments of Rituxan, but she got this rash all over her torso and arms.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Her lymphs are below 2 and they say this is a sign that the disease is in remission, however, I don't see any improvements.
Her bun is really high at 99.
She has RPGN.

I am pretty sure the rash was not from the Rituxan, but from the Bactrim.
