OH NO Sangye i think you will have to give up on me first post i read you asked about hrt not good news !! secondly caught out triple chocloate muffin eating !! AND NOW i read the post about licorice a friend from work bring them as my treat from her no wonder im not doing good !! but the one thing i am good at now is resting took a while for the penny to drop but do realise what its benefits are .

Hi All, love "Ever stop to think", me at a shopping centre today, couldnt remember why I went there, I knew I needed something. Anyway still very fatigued, bloods look okay, inflamation ESR up from last month but only 45. Still extremely fatigued, 1 big day out takes 3-4 days to regain any energy. Trying hydro therapy but wears me out for the day. All okay just been busy. cheers Col 23
