you should have seen Batman when they did it he made some jokes with the nurses, and looked cool, although I must admit that I was shaking inside me (quietly enough though, and under the mask they gave me, to have a sterile environment).
and it was very painful for him....
the flirting nurse did it, and it was funny to hear more of her comments after relating already to his outfit and to his gorgous chest, this time she promised to strip him to the bones....
it was amazing to see how long was the tube, deep inside..... in second though I am sorry that we didnt keep it
sweetie, maybe we should keep number 5 when it will be out ?

on monday they will try gradually to decrease the sucction.
please pray that the lung will remain stable. thanks for being with us

"You are my sunshine", he used to sing to me... "you make me happy, when skies are grey" I still answer him.
Rest in Peace, my brave Batman and take care of your weggies from heaven, until we meet again.

This is sort of Wegs related but not due to disease activity at the moment. Wegs did major damage to the lungs and in turn I got M. Abscessus, stenosis and bronchiectasis. So with all 4 of these it led to the pneomothorax. Tall skinny people are more prone to lung collapse.

Good clarification, Phil. I pretty much thought you were remission but suffering from the effects of all the damage caused by Wegs... sounds like I was more or less right. Just like those of us with a lot of permanent sinus damage may still suffer from the effects of that even when we aren't flaring. The bronchiectasis actually actually sounds worse than Wegs in many ways.

Guess its the first, and only, time we wish that Batman would have been short and fat.

Glad to hear the lung appears to be doing better now. Hopefully you can get out of there soon.
