"You are my sunshine", he used to sing to me... "you make me happy, when skies are grey" I still answer him.

Lung is still not up. This may be as good as it gets. They will just leave things the way they are and reassess on Monday. I could be in here a few more weeks. This is probably my worst experience yet though the bouts with the M. Abscessus when I couldn't walk and bad coughing and also with the lung stenosis were also very bad. Having 2 tubes in again is quite painful as one is in the front and one in the back.

Phil - I wish you a speedy recovery (I am sure the whole of this forum is doing the same even if they have not expressed it directly here). It sounds as if you are in the best place to get the perfect and long term result. Stick in there - it is going to get much better.

    Best wishes, Peter

Sorry to hear about your current ordeal. I know you have been through some very rough times and keep hoping you catch another break again soon and get some relief. Wishing you have some better days soon.

Thinking of and praying for both of you... I'm wondering whether the team of 12 docs came up with any other ideas or strategies that might help... I hope so.
