Thanks for the imformation on Avastin and I do know what you mean about having poor vision. I've been going through cartaract surgery and will get my last eye done in about a week. I can't see good at all with one of my eyes and it makes me sick to see because everything is fuzzy and hard to see good. At least I will be able to see good soon and I sure Pray that the Avastin will work for you.

Dean has been on 9 MG of Prednisone for 3 weeks now. Then he will be going down to 8 MG after a month. We don't see our doctor until next week so I decided to keep Dean on 9 MG until I see him again. Our doctor does want to go slowly.

Hey Phil, I think you have a very kind soul too. You have a lot to deal with and that is what makes you a special person that understands what this disease does to you.

Has the shot done any good for you? I sure hope so.

    Praying for you,
    Dean and Barbara

    Thanks so much Barbara.

Well, If it were me I would simply tell the doc that I do not feel comfortable going any faster than 1mg per month. If the doc has a problem with that then I think you should seriously think about finding a new doc. I know that is just one issue but if the doc is bending on such an important issue what else is he going to bend on in the future. This may be easy for me to say because I have one of the worlds best Wegs docs. But in the end it is your life and your choice.

Thank you again for your kind words and prayers.

So far my vision has not improved.

    Praying for you and Dean,
    Phil

    Vision is still the shits.

I play pool in a cash league and one of the players yesterday told me he would have to handicap me to win a game or two. I told him I would play blindfolded to make it fair.......lol.
