Hey Deb, you mean the massage or oil pulling? I have gone for 2 massages so far. They have helped but I am in still a a lot of pain. I have 3 more booked this month so far.

Phil, did you try this Pain relief for back pain, muscle pain, and joint pain ?
It is an ointement - traumeel, that helps to relieve pain.
