I'm going for a massage this morning. First one since I think 2004. I remember asking my previous Wegs doc about getting deep tissue massages and he did not think that the built up CTX in the tissues would be of too much concern at all being released into the blood stream. And my new Wegs doc thinks a massage would be a good idea to relieve the chest and back pains caused by the coughing and the ribs getting out of alignment. I hope this will help. I'm getting a tad sick of being so ill all the time.
