You are a very perceptive person. Thanks I'm whacked out on high dose steroids right now and I find myself exaggerating everything and I can't help it. But better times are just around the corner for me and I hope so very soon for you too.

I was reviewing this thread to see which doctors you have consulted and did not see a reference to an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat). Since your blood work doesn’t indicate GPA, it seems something else is causing your symptoms. I have a slightly deviated septum (lost a fistfight a long time ago), but it hasn’t caused long-term problems.
At any rate, I hope you can find an accurate diagnosis that leads to successful treatment.
Thank you. It was an ENT consultant who I saw about my symptoms who ordered the last round of bloods to look for vasculitis. I’ve also had sinus and chest CTs but am awaiting results from those. The NHS is running even slower than normal at the moment because of Covid.
