You must be doing a great job cause it is a long time since I saw any garbage posts pushing some product or trolls just trying to stir people up.

Gosh, that has to be tough work, approving each post.
Not each one. The software flags those that have a high probability of being spam and only those are sent for approval. The delay that you might see is the anti-spam software analyzing the message and trying to figure out if it is likely spam -- if not spam, then it posts the message, if it might be spam, then it sends it off to Andrew.
