    Default WG Diagnosed in 2002

It's been a long time since I was a member of a WG group and decided it was time to again.
I have been on various medications over the years since diagnosis but my wonderful doctors have managed to get my Prednisone down to 3mg/day. I also take Bactrim and Cellcept as well as having monthly IVIG infusions.
I thought I was coping well knowing I had a disease which was going to be with me forever, but have recently found it more difficult emotionally and physically.
I wonder how others keep up things like working, social life when energy levels go low.
I'm sorry I missed the Gold Coast meetup today. That would have been good.

    Hello Gejwilla,

For me, moderate exercise and eating healthier have been helpful in maintaining energy and a good outlook. Some days, it's just a walk around the block, while on other days, I swim a bit. I also have a bit of hypertension, so the cardio exercise helps with that. Best advice I can give is just move.
