    Default stress

No doubt this has been discussed before, but I'm interested in knowing whether others find that emotional stress and/or work stress is a trigger for increased symptoms. Even though I am in remission (I think) and taking only maintenance MTX, I still find that spikes in stress cause my ear and nasal and general fatigue/malaise symptoms to noticeably increase. I'm not alone in this, right?

Stress definitely exacerbates my husband's symptoms.

You are definitely not alone. Stress of any kind has always been a trigger for me.

I think stress is a downfall for all of us Tom, plus this weather for me is very depressing which doesn't help at all. I don't see how you can live there when it is so cold and dark a lot
Life isn't about how you survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain !

Sorry, I'm too stressed out and tired to reply appropriately to your question. (-8

We made a very big decision to move 1 year ago. It was very emotionally stressful as well as physically. Just this am i was asked how im doing since our move. My response-i Dont think im recovered yet. This has been the most persistent year of wegeners for me. All that to say- YES DEFINITELY stress has a part to play.
