Lots of pain

I don't like to complain about pain, until it's really bad. Been having full body paineeds on a scale of 9/10. Anyone have a suggestion on what to do besides painot killers? I have tram adolescent but it's not helping much anymore. Don't want to go on anything stronger because then I really have to restrict how much I work, and we just bought a car. Please help?

I have an appointment this Friday to see her, and left a message with her nurse last night. It has been increasing for days,lay night it just got unbearable.

I have and it helps for a little while but then I have to go outside to the cold and it comes back

I reached out to my doctor she wants blood work to see what's wrong. But she is giving me stronger pain meds in the mean time

I don't know what meds you are on but you may be having a flare and need to increase your pred. The bloodwork will tell. Hope you feel better soon

Take care Lily. I hope you are not having a flare-up, but if you are, lets hope you caught it in time before it starts more damage somewhere else.

If you are dealing with a family doc or GP, I'd skip that step and go straight to your rheumy.
