Spleen

I have had WG for over two years, been on Cytoxan, azathioprine, steroids, lots of pain killers, and etc., Over the past several months my WG has been out of control. I have been dealing with a lot of pain. Last week I developed a kidney stone and when in ER they did a CT Scan and discovered I had 5 more stones (several on each side). Today I saw the urologists and was told I have many granules in my spleen. That caught me off guard. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? What do I do now, and where do I go?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Did they say this condition was a result of wegs or that you just happen to have it along with wegs? An old wise weggie from the UK who died a couple years ago always warned us "just because you have on bad disease, doesn't mean you can't get another". There is always room for more grief.
