    Default Trish

I'm sad to report that Trish, one of the first members of this site back in 2008 passed away on 5 March of Methotrexate-induced cancer. I was informed by her partner Gavin just yesterday as it was her birthday and she'd been sent a birthday message from the site.

    Trish's profile is here: http://www.wegeners-granulomatosis.c...ers/trish.html

I remembered her profile picture as soon as I saw the email from Gavin. We lost another warrior. RIP.

If anyone would like to contact Gavin, just PM me and I'll send you the email address. He's working on raising awareness of WG especially around Methotrexate use so if anyone has any information or can offer assistance I'm sure he'd be grateful.

I too send my condolences, thoughts and prayers to her family. I never had the pleasure to meet Trish on this site, but her loss is still felt.

Trish last posted before my time on here. I'm very sad for the loss, for her family and friends and for us. It's a little scary, since I and many of us are on MTX. Thanks for letting us know, Andrew.

Sad to hear we lost someone else to this. I remember Trish, she hadn't been on here in awhile. My condolences go to Gavin and her family. I do not use mtx so I don't think I could offer any insight on the subject to him. Thanks for sharing this Andrew.
