Thanks! Al, yes he was Palmyra, I am back in California working. I want to get back to Alaska for one more race but time and money are limiting factors
This year's Iditarod starts tomorrow and I am very excited for Lance Mackey (my mentor). He is an amazing musher and may be running one or two of my pups

I'll contribute a small amount to the dog food fund, Cindy: I just ordered your book....

Hey Al - thanks for the help with dog food. They get only the best. And I hope you enjoy the book!
Palmyra, maybe you can come to the Iditarod start next year

Another plug for the book. You can order it on your Kindle and it only takes a minute to get it.

If anyone is following the Iditarod, check out rookie Pat Moon. He has a NORD recognized rare disease; ulcerative colitis. It's yet another rare auto-immune disease. And, as Jack once said, just because you have one bad disease doesn't mean you can't have another -- Pat also has non-hodgkins lymphoma.

This is definitely a good story, vdub. Thanks for finding it!
