Really great, Cindy! Not sure where we will be the end of Feb, but probably the southeast somewhere. We could easily fly out of Atlanta to help you out if you need it. We have a friend in Anchorage we can stay with. So let us know as early as possible. Have you completed a qualifier yet?

Ulcerative colitis is limited to the colon. Crohn's disease involves the small intestine/colon and can affect the entire GI tract, with ulcers and granulomas affecting the mouth, biliary canal and all structures south to the anal canal. The histopathology of Crohn's and Weg are very similar, with both displaying granulomatous lesions in affected areas.

That was a good article, Cindy. Nice to hear about your progress.

Hi vdub. Yes, I completed the most difficult 300-mile race: The Yukon Quest 300. It took me just under 3.5 days - very difficult race but it was amazing! My plan is to run several races in Dec and Jan. Then I can submit my Iditarod application and pay a late-entry fee.

Wow! She is amazing! I cannot rock climb because of the joint pain in my left foot Now the only climbing I can do is with a stiff-soled boot.

The 2012 Vasculitis Awareness t-shirt is white. Well, I put it on and headed out to my team. Paw prints will make it even more special!
This is my love-bug Raven. He ran in three of the four races I raced in last season.

Really great photo Cindy! Thanks for sharing. I am so glad you are having such a great experience training for this new venture.. Please keep us posted. And....regarding dogs and giggles, check out my new addition to the off topic site on humor. Its old, but its a kick!

Just Jane (PS..the lovely daughter is doing well and the Weg beast is quiet for now. She has a nearly full time job, and is not calling me. A sure sign that things are going well for the moment!)

What a handsome pup, Cindy! And, as Raven is my totem, just let me know if your Raven ever needs a solicitous "uncle"....
