    Default Traceys Update October 23

All is going well for Tracey. Her test levels are slowly getting back to normal, the neck picc is out, chemo is every three weeks and the pred has been lowered to 40. She is driving and feeling stronger. Her sleep patterns are still upset with the pred, but that is the least of her worries.

I will keep in touch with you all.

Thank you for letting us know! I bet she's thrilled to have that thing out of her neck. Very happy to hear that she's making progress.

Yes, having the neck pic line out is a huge relief, or was for me (I had two lines, red and blue, so I called them my hot and cold water taps.) Until they were taped close to my neck, any motion from moving my head induced nausea.

Good for Tracy, too, to be driving again so soon!

Glad things are progressing! May they continue to do so!

Yeah I had the tubes in my neck as well. They used a headband made out of some bandage to keep them more or less in place. I think I have a photo somewhere.

LOL!! It slipped a bit. The headband was actually around my head as the tubes in my neck went up the side of my head and were anchored just above my ears with the headband.

All I can say is that it's a good thing you were already married. Hard to get a date when you go out dressed like that....
