There's a risk of PML with any of the immune-suppressants. It isn't a side effect of the drug, it's a side effect of the immune suppression. (PML also occurs in patients with AIDS)
My Wegs doc mentioned that it wasn't just Cellcept and Rituximab, but I don't remember the other Wegs drug he listed. I think it must have been ctx, since it's the only other one that is a major immune-suppressant. (Mtx and Imuran are not nearly as strong) But don't quote me on it.

It would seem that anything ending with "mab" may cause it but also chemotherapy and chorticosteroids.
