The Polish supper is at 3pm. I can never get used to it when I'm over there. I crave my meal at 6pm so I end up eating two suppers

MMMMMmmm! Pumpkin bars! Three o'clock in the afternoon is pretty grim for supper, though I have been eating at all times of the day since i retired. It's 12:16 in the morning now, and I'm just thinking about supper. I know: it's just not right! Of course, I don't know how late it'll be before I finish going over today's postings, so it may be breakfast instead of supper!

Talking about cravings, since going down to alternately 11 and 12mg pred I have noticed that I no longrer crave food. Actually I don't feel like eating. Sweets don't hold my attention, more like the opposite even when I have one its almost like forcing myself to eat it and I am back to losing weight. Now, that may be good or bad news. I remember last time before my relapse I felt the same and was losing weight very fast. I hope that this time I am taking it slow and hopefuly continue in my remission. My last test showed that since being on mtx for 2 months cANCA went down from 175 to 146

I do hope it's not Wegs. I saw in another thread that you're having fevers on and off, too. Cut that out, you hear?? Don't make me have to wedge my butt in my car, drive to BC and whip you into shape.

You'd just end up helping Jolanta eat all those extra Polish delights she can't make herself eat!

The French have perfected the art of eating well, as we all know. The secret isn't dieting, but eating moderately all things you like!
