    sunday - 6pm...

    i had a long walk today without the brace.. i am now so tired out becuase i was tense to walk without it.. using to much strain on my upper body now to hold myself up... i could get up the stairs now easier than this morning... i just have to pull through and hold on...

    Take a nice warm bath with Epsom salts if you have it available. Otherwise just soak. It will help all the sore muscles.

    haha.. that would be a slight problem.. i still kinda having trouble to bend my knee enough to get into the bath... but i try it.. thanks for the tip

    today i am so exhausted.... exercise alot ... and its day 2 since i have been walking without the crutch.... my shower days is over aswell... back to the bath.... it was abit hard to get out... got my leg 90% straight ... i am close.... its just bending it like the other leg gives me a chill...

    Remember, SMALL, STEADY progress. Don't over-do it!! If you take small baby steps, your recovery will be a lot easier and you will not crash as often. Take this advise from a guy who is constantly learning his limitations by the days he crashes! (yes, good preacher, bad practitioner!!) (-8

    i do take it slow but i cant do it when everyone is rushing me... i want to scream!! LOL i know they mean well but i can only do it that fast... or slow...
