"You are my sunshine", he used to sing to me... "you make me happy, when skies are grey" I still answer him.
Rest in Peace, my brave Batman and take care of your weggies from heaven, until we meet again.
Baby steps, baby steps, baby steps. Your body has been through the ringer the past few months, and it is going to take small, incremental steps to get your strength back up. It's frustrating as ____ to deal with it, but it will get better and you will get stronger, it just takes some time.
Just be CAREFUL and take it slow, steady and easy, and day by day.

Earth is just a stopover and whatever you achieve there is only a small part of the deal. The Afterlife Of Billy Fingers

Have you thought about hydrotherapy? I was doing that when I tore the Meniscus in my knee. The Physios at the specially heated pool were very good and designed exercises to suit me. The water supported the body meaning I put no extra pressure/weight onto the joints and I was able to walk and do all sorts of exercises without any pain at all. I am very tempted to start it up again my only worry being with all these steroids and my clobbered immune system if I am then open to catching a lot of bugs that potentially do very well in the heated pool despite the chlorination. Not sure. Anyway it sure makes exercise wonderful if you have pains in the bones or joints.
