Walking and climbing some stairs is a good start. I got busy and haven't walked for a few days. But I did it for three days, it could have been a mile, I'm not sure, but in any case, felt great improvement in how I felt doing it over those three days. When I have time, I think I'll have no trouble getting out there again and hope to add some distance and start going in the direction where there are more hills.
