Good enough! Thanks for inquiring! Dr. Villa Forte is good at getting to the point. She has set up a plan for me to get RTX in 1 500 mg infusion every six months in preventive doses. Will this work?

Re: Any virtual workout buddies out there?
Since I got over the “virus that’s going around”, I decided to make some lifestyle changes. Our house is next to one of the community hiking/biking trails, and we live about 1/2 mile from the local YMCA. So, no excuses for not exercising.

I’ve been walking at least two miles five days a week. I’ve also cut back my alcohol consumption to 1-2 drinks a week. I hope this helps me shed the pred pounds that have been difficult to lose...

Re: Any virtual workout buddies out there?
When I had my last visit with Dr VillaForte, I asked what I could do to reduce the neuropathy in my feet. It had gotten to the point where I was only walking every 2-3 days because my feet were so sore.
She suggested I try a pair of Hoka shoes for better support. When I bought a pair, I went to a store that offered 3-D fitting. I got the shoes and custom arch supports. The salesman also suggested compression socks. WOW!! After wearing the socks daily for a week, my feet don’t hurt. I’m back to walking 2-3 miles daily. I notice that the neuropathy is much less.
Does anybody have similar experiences with this?

Stay well, and keep on working out.
