Well I had an opportunity to go see Mom over the 4th of July Weekend, so I did.

Once again I can honestly see that Mom is really do well with her medication. She says, "Other than losing my hair, and being a little tired I'm doing fine."

And it seems so....from what I observe, no nausea, now more naps, and at night no more staying up because of company.

Mom actually does like the the extra company actually, but won't admit it.

My aunt's, her sisters and I have been visiting extra since she has been on "her meds", but all in all she is doing really well.

We came down, and while she was at the movies, bbq'd, and gave her house a good scrubbing.

Of course, Mom did not approve, But understood it was "our labor of love."

But I promised not to do that again, with my fingers crossed behind my back.

But I'm just making sure her medication does not make her too sick like she says, you know "trust, but verify".

I'm so glad she is doing a lot better.
This sucky disease certainly can take it's toll on one, sometimes.

Keep up the favorite son routine........she does love it
