    Default black spots in eyes

    For the last couple of days i have noticed spots in my left eye just if there is a hair in that i can not get out.
    anyone else has this before? I see my reumy tomorrow(15th)

    My wife had something like that. I wish I could remember hat the doc said. I'll check with her today. It went away of its own accord tho. Hope it's as easy as that for you. As lisa said, keep us posted!

    They're called "floaters." Nothing to worry about, but it's always good to mention anything new to your docs as a precaution.

    floaters has a whole different meaning in the uk.if i went to the docs and said i was suffering from floaters they'd think i'd lost it.to put it politely floaters are poops in the pool.

    Yeah, we have that same term for poop that floats. You don't really mean poop in pools, do you?

    Pools meaning toilet, right?

    Very small children I believe although, thankfully, I've never experienced it myself.

    In my part of England, "floaters" means exactly what you meant in your first post.

    John you crack me up, and its not just children but some gray haired people too as I found out in my mom's apartment pool. They closed it down for a week of cleaning.
