    Default 9 Super Spices

This brief little article had some interesting info about spices. A good starting place for some additional research if you're interested in anti-inflammatory style diets.

This is good, Nic. I use all these regularly in cooking, though in gastronomic quantities rather than in neutriceutical dosages.

Glad everyone is enjoying the article. It actually inspired me to start a little herb garden in my kitchen, that is going to be my weekend project this week I've never been much of a green thumb, hopefully I can figure out how to make some of these herbs grow.

The basil, sage, rosemary, and thyme shouldn't be too hard, Nicole (even if you can't play guitar), particularly if your kitchen has windows to the south. But good luck with the others!
