That's OK I can take some light throwing around. I have really been amazed at the advancements in this surgery and the improved recovery times. I have started walking with a cane already. Not sure if I will be dancing next week but maybe.

I have been walking 4 are 5 round trips a day up and down my driveway which is approx. 150' long plus the exercises that the therapist has me doing twice a day.The best part is I have been able to get off the the pain pills without much discomfort.

What kind of dance you have in mind, Dumpy? Break? Frug? Twist? Watusi? Turkey Trot? Jig? Reel? Let us know what works best!
