Freaky's back from Addenbrooke's and...

I did get a call from Stella, she said to expect a call about the appointment.

I am so happy, i'd be out celebrating if i wasn't at work this evening!!

I've read a few bits online about Neuralgia and it seems some forms of neuralgia can be treated with certain proceedures etc...thinking i should ask Addenbrookes to look into this for me. As i just accepted Neuralgia as a diagnosis and didnt really think about the cause or long term relief.

Sam, I had mild to moderate facial neuralgia last year for a bit. After a couple treatments by my chiropractor it resolved completely. The nerves that supply the face originate in the upper cervical region of the neck and are easily compressed by any misalignment.

Hammy i've waiting just over 3 months. Nothing moves quick in this country with the PCT. Stella said to me its very much about where you live as to how long it takes and they treat people all over the country.

Hopefully not long now.

It took my government 3 months to approve the rtx. If I had 15 grand I could have got it right away. I have many friends and relatives that have this sort of cash just laying around. Oh well, can't change the past.

Just thought i'd update ya all again. Rituximab infusion is all booked for next friday, eek!! And my new boyfriend INSISTED on coming with me, which relieved my sis who always moans about the drive to Addenbrookes and the waits for doctors.
