So why go off the Omeprazole?
The ENT doc he mentioned is Dr. Robert Lebovics. He is in NY and considered to be the best ENT when it comes to nose surgery with Wegs.

My fiance Stu was amazed at how nice and funny Dr Jayne. Stu was laughing cos both Stu and Dr Jayne have the same build and hair.
Phil coming off the Omeprazole as i'm on 20mg and now going down to 2mg pred.
Good news i've got the go ahead for the op but scared as hell now about having it!

That's great news, Sam!
I wasn't able to go off acid-blockers until I got to 10mg. 20mg pred is still hard on the stomach. See how it goes but check back with him if you get ANY stomach pain.

I think Sam means 20mg of Omemprzole. And 2 mg of pred.

Hey Sam, I haven't been on lately, was in the hosp last week. But read yr story and glad to hear all the great news u got ! Don't be afraid about yr nose surgery,u have been looking forward to this for so long and I'm sure all will go well. By the way I also like your new picture....u will have to post another after your nose job !!! I don't know how to upload pics so you guys will probably never know what I look like ..I am a computer dummy. Well I have to get ready for church..I'll say a pray for all of us. Take care and keep getting better
