It's a fairly new drug, article is about it becoming available in Europe. I thought it was interesting though as how it works could be of benefit to us to I'd think at some point.

I couldn't help but notice how much of that article was spent discussing how profitable the drug would be for pharmaceutical companies. They barely even discussed what it does or how it will help people with Lupus.

In the articles defense it was in the business section I think... But yeah...3.5 billion is mind boggling for a single drug. It's been available in the US for a bit now and there is a bit of information on it. Here's an article from the manufacturer website on how it works.
