Ava maria is beautiful. My husband makes something he calls chicken catiatorie but I'm not so sure he named it correctly. It does not have a red sauce. Doesn't catiatore have a red sauce.

Yes, Chicken Catiatore has a tomato based sauce with peppers and onions and other herbs and spices.
