Hi Lilypony!

A high titer of the RNP blood test is supposedly indicative of mixed connective tissue disease.

The "Ro" test stands for SS-A and the "La" test stand SS-B. According to the Sjogren's Syndrome Foundations "these tests are markers for Sjogren's" and "seventy percent of Sjögren’s patients are positive for SS-A and 40% are positive for SS-B (these may also found in lupus patients) "

According to the Lupus Foundation of America Anti-dsDna are "Antibodies to double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) are antibodies that attack the DNA -- the genetic material -- inside the cell nucleus. Anti-dsDNA antibodies are found in half of the people with lupus, but lupus can still be present even if these antibodies are not detected."

Having said all this, it is best to speak to your doctor about these tests.

I look forward to hearing what your doctor says about these results.
