    jrslim - I ended up doing Methotrexate and then on Ruxience IV every 6 months. So far, so good with eye condition and (later) my kidneys being spared [emoji120]

    Not yet here as well. Getting antibody test done this week to see if I qualify. If anybody can share their experience or research around this - that will be great.

    Yes - completed all 4 first infusions and went well. The numbers will show improvement over time I am told - but I am feeling good so far. Tapering on Prednisone every 2 weeks.

    Dosage #2 today. 3 hr repeat of Ruxience 800mg. Feeling tired but can't sleep. Palpitations are up - but other vitals good.

    5 days in after Ruxience infusion and so far, so good. Sugars are through the roof (expected) and need control but no side effects seen. Fingers crossed.

    Took frist Ruxience infusion (800mg) today and went un-eventul during the process. Now waiting and watching... but so far, so good.

    Pre-med given: Solumedrol, Benadryl, Tylenol.

    Just completed 800 mg first infusion of Ruxience. Turned out to be non-eventful (so far) and am able to walk back home. Palpitations were higher - but no reaction during the infusion process....

    Starting Ruxience from Tuesday March 2. 800mg x 4 weeks as induction treatment and TBD thereafter.

    Fingers crossed and hoping for a better result on the other side of this :)

    My GPA journey also started with eye involvement - scleritis. Opth started with prednisolone drops to observe effect for 2 weeks - didn't change the redness and tiredness in the eyes....
