Josh had his successful transplant on Wednesday. He is feeling great (Thank God!). Creatinine is down to 1.6 his morning. Post later when I can.

I agree. I would go to the ER and request urine test and definitely blood test to check creatinine. If anything this would give you a piece of mind knowing. Both those tests should be good markers...
