    You can check in the USA how much Pfizer vaccine your state got and numbers of people in priority list. My state only got 4% of what they need for priority listed people so only those people working...

    Have you asked about a referral to Mayo since they often like challenging cases? You could also self referral but a good doctor will generally support and facilitate a referral for a second opinion.

    Ten years ago the guideline was I had to be in a drug induced remission for a year before any surgery other than emergency. This was because of the risk of infection and slow healing.
