    I was diagnosed 7 years ago, and have had the same experience. I do have neuropathy in my hands and feet, but overall, am feeling great. Exercise (and meds!) is key, I think.

    I may be an outlier here, but figured I'd share my good news. I am on maintenance 20 mg of Methotrexate only, not Rituxan. I had first 2 Pfizer shots in Jan/Feb, and got a Moderna booster in August....
