NYC Vasculitis Patient Conference - October 18th

Is anyone planning to attend the October 18th Vasculitis Patient Conference?

Or, if someone has attended something similar, did you think it was informative? I'm thinking about attending but I haven't fully decided yet. I've never actually met anyone with Wegeners (that I know of) so maybe it would be helpful just for that reason.

Edit: Adding another question... Can I register at the door? Registration closes October 13th on the site so I'm wondering if I should register just in case so that I can definitely attend if I decide to.
