Another Warrior has lost his Battle!
"There will be a memorial service for Mike on Wednesday June 20 at 10:30. First Baptist Church Arlington in downtown Arlington.
You are all invited. I would love to see you and get a hug if you are able to attend.
Following the service, my family and I will gather in a designated area at the church for a time of visiting. I hope I get a chance to see everyone who comes."
Love, Barbara

Re: Another Warrior has lost his Battle!
RIP Mike.
He was a member in the forum if I remember correctly. @vdub, can you put a candle for him, please ?
Re: Another Warrior has lost his Battle!
I'll get that done. We haven't had a death (that I know of) in quite some time. I'm assuming this is Arlington, VA. Let me know if wrong.

Re: Another Warrior has lost his Battle!
I will miss your posts on facebook and the pictures of your beautiful family and grandkids, and also your gorgeous dog.
I haven't been able to find the real cause of his passing yet, but he did have a leg wound that would not heal and over the past couple of weeks, has had many hospital visits and a multitude of antibiotics, that didn't seem to be working.
He also had an RTX infusion at the beginning of June, and I guess that didn't have time to kick in before he passed away.
I do know that he was in hospital at the time and was surrounded by his family.
Texas will miss you.
Rest in Peace Mike. Forever pain free :crying:
