I recently received monoclonal antibodies due to a false positive Covid rapid test. My rheumatologist said that the monoclonal antibody lasts 3 months. After 3 months she wants me to receive evushield.

Nancy, Thank you. I just got my Evusheld shots today at Oakhurst.
Do any of these have a risk of causing a flare of GPA?
My rheumatologist had to write a prescription for me to get the shots. I am confident that if she felt there was a risk for me she would not have written it. I am very relieved to have it. There is a very low supply, and at least now I have 80% protection. Like everyone else without B cells, I had no antibodies.
I'm scheduled to get evusheld in a week. For updated information on availabile doses check out:
https://healthdata.gov/Health/COVID-...rxn6-qnx8/data
You can filter by state/zip code etc.
My doctors cannot get enough Evusheld for their patients that need it. The healthdata.gov website shows many places that have not administered their available doses. How do we get them to give us the doses they are not using?
Ohio State just notified me that I am eligible to receive Evusheld. I’m waiting to hear from the pharmacy about the when and where. Hope it’s soon…
A friend that has non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and is on Rituximab told me that he has been selected to receive Evusheld. Color me jealous.
I'm now scheduled to receive Evusheld on Friday. :)
