Is anyone on this drug? Someone I know mentioned it last night as a treatment for autoimmune diseases:

There have been some studies on it, but I don't believe it's been thoroughly tested yet. I may be wrong about that!

A similar drug (ie an anti-TNF alpha biological agent) called etanercept showed no benefit to Weggies when they did larger studies. It was a huge disappointment.

So interesting, my sister take Enbrel and it works for her arthritis. It's amazing why certain drugs work with certain autoimmune diseases.
