Rituxan Immunology Co-pay Card Program
Commercially insured, eligible patients get up to $15,000 in drug co-pay help per 12-month period. You pay $5 per drug co-pay until the $15,000 limit is reached.
You may qualify for this program if you:
Are taking Rituxan for Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) in combination with glucocorticoids
Are 18 yrs of age or older
Have commercial (private) insurance
Do NOT use a federal or state health program
Do NOT currently receive free medicine from Genentech Patient Foundation or any other charitable organization
Live and are treated in the United States or U.S. Territories
Do not live in any state where the program in prohibited
