Rituxan maintenance dose

I just got a call from my Rheum office and they said my insurance would only pay for 1 1000 mg dose of Rituxan is instead of my usual 2 spread across 2 weeks. Has anyone else had this issue??

Fortunately, my insurance (and Medicare) have never refused to cover treatment for GPA. Sad that you have to deal with this...
