I get something similar on my feet occasionally. They dry up and disappear within a few days. If it’s wegs related, I have no lab or other indicators that anything is wrong.

I am getting little red blood clots under my skin. I don’t know if it is Wegeners or prednisone. I’ll be starting my third series of four Rituxan infusions tomorrow. Will see the Rheumatologist on the third infusion and that will be one of the questions I ask him.
Florence hit the Carolinas hard. We had a ton of rain but dodged a bullet as far as flooding was concerned. My heart goes out to so many, especially people like us, sick and don’t have the strength to face the emotional, physical, and financial challenges that face them.

Before diagnosis I had sores all over both hands that biopsy revealed were Granuloma Annulare. The Dermatologist said that they didn't know the cause and that they would probably go away in 5-10 years. I sold most of my ukuleles and guitars as I couldn't play them with the sores.
When I met Dr. Villa Forte she said that they were unrelated to GPA but as soon as I had Rituximab, they went away. I'm happily finger picking again. :)

I do get those on my arms, my Rheumy says it is from preds, I say it is Wegs related. I am wishing you all the best for finding an answer to what it is. Take care
