If these hints only help one or two of you then that’s good.
Night sweats caused by prednisone- I bought a couple of cooling pillows. They do give quite a bit of relief.
Leg Pain- Mine was getting pretty bad at night and I didn’t want more pills, so I started taking a warm Epsom salts bath. If you are a shower person, then you can use the Epsom salts as a scrub.
I buy the 20 lb. bag from Amazon, but don’t use as much as they tell you to or you would go broke.
