I'm not glad you have Wegener's, Mandy, but since you do, I'm glad you are here! I am turning 65 this summer and was diagnosed at 58, with a couple years of symptoms before that. I'm doing pretty well, though still taking the meds. I'm glad you are hanging in there, and it might not take you as long to feel somewhat normal again. Stay vigilant and well informed, and this is the place for that, as well as for talking to those who understand what you are dealing with. I joined right before official dx, and it has saved my sanity and kept me positive, and I've made friends all over the world. Any questions, stories, or rants are welcome here, as we are a very open and caring group. I look forward to hearing more from you!

Hope your diagnosis was soon after symptoms first appeared. You'll find loads of friendly, well informed people on this forum. You would really struggle to ask a question and find nobody with an answer.
I have a bit more experience on the renal side of vasculitis than some members, so if you're kidneys are involved, I'd be happy to answer any question.
